Team SR (Shark Racing) was started in March of 2001 to join together the growing number of Hyundai Performance Enthusiasts worldwide. It was created to provide a forum for these individuals to get to know other Hyundai Owners, get their questions answered, set up group events, etc.

The club is sponsored by Shark Racing, one of the pioneers of the Hyundai Performance Movement in the United States. The club was designed to assure that Shark Racing's customers would be able to maintain their own little community in the import world.

Since its inception, Kia and Daewoo owners have been welcomed into the club inasmuch as Shark Racing now carries products for their cars. The newest member of our family is the Mitsubishi Mirage and Lancer Owners.
